  • Content Not as Described: If the digital content you purchased significantly deviates from the description provided on the platform, you may be eligible for a refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect purchase where the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Failure to access the product due to issues with your device or internet connection.
  • Dissatisfaction with the digital product’s content if it has been accessed or downloaded.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Mentor Commissions and Refunds

Please note that when a refund is issued, the mentor who provided the content will not receive a commission for the refunded purchase. If the commission has already been paid to the mentor, it will be deducted from future commissions.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, please be aware that we may block your account and prevent further purchases on the platform until the issue is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
